If I add seven ice cubes to my twenty-one-ounce Hydro Flask water bottle before filling it with water, by the time I finish drinking the water, the ice cubes have all melted.

Birds are everywhere in Eagle. Just this week I saw twenty sparrows in our front yard.

My father-in-law was born January 31, 1926. Paul’s family is doing activities to celebrate what would have been his 100th birthday. We will be making Mulligan Stew using Dad’s recipe.

Paul began painting our basement. He finished painting the ceiling, but it took two coats of paint.

I can almost always manage to eat Cheerios if nothing else tastes good.
