Foods that taste good while I eat them are not always good
for me. I ate a delicious Mediterranean salad for dinner but thirty minutes
later my stomach started cramping.
Our children are helping us “walk” from Eagle, Idaho to
Bristol, England, a distance of 4,777.68 miles. They send us the number of
miles they walk each week and we add them to a family progress chart.
Together we walked 85.32 miles the first week.
Oh wow. That's a fabulous idea.
